To son William messuage in Olney, now occupied by him, subject to payment of £300.
To Maria Morgan, and Selina, wife of Thomas Saunders, grocer, of Higham Ferrars, Northamptonshire, said sum of £300, equally.
To John Hale Talbot, and James Storer, rest of personal property, and estate to be sold, and the money arising from this sale to be divided between William, Maria and Selina.
