A messuage or farmhouse and other property in Felmersham and London [as in BS 1589, which is recited]. Recites: That commons in Felmersham have since been enclosed by act of Parliament; that in lieu of the lands mortgaged the Commissioners have assigned a parcel of land in the south Field of Felmersham (63 acres 1 rood 16 perches); Occupiers of lands adjoining: Daniel Berry, William Beal, poor widows of Felmersham, Sir Thomas Alston, Richard Brooks, Elizabeth Brooks, Elizabeth Woolston, the Master Fellows and Scholars of Trinity College Cambridge.
