    Details given: - A messuage or farmhouse in Felmersham with close of pasture adjoining (2 acres); - A piece of ground whereon a cottage formerly stood (1/2 acre) with dovehouse and barn called Fletchers Yard, near said messuage, a close called Packhurst in the occupation of Thomas Hewlett south and southwest, the highway east and the house and ground of Mrs Pain north; - A messuage or cottage with orchard adjoining in the occupation of Daniel Webster with close of pasture adjoining also in the occupation of said Daniel Berry [?Webster]; - A messuage or cottage in Radwell, parish of Felmersham, in the possession of William Holland, the highway west and the common field east, the house and grounds of Thomas Boddington south and of John Lilly north; - 65 acres arable dispersed in the common fields of Felmersham; - Two acres 3 roods in Pinch Mill meadow; - Two acres 2 roods in Gad meadow; - All lands etc that came to Mary on the death of Robert Warner, late of Felmersham, gentleman, deceased; - Two messuages adjoined together in parish of Allhallows the Great, London, one sometime in possession of Mr Kingshill, baker, the other of Peter Buck, basket maker, and fronting the Street called Dowgate Hill, abutting south on messuage in the occupation of Michael Mowbray, north on the White Hart Alehouse, in the occupation of Theophilus Benham. To the use of Daniel Berry for life, then of Mary, then of their children (other than an elder or only son).
