    Will, with six codicils (double probate), of Thomas Baskerfield formerly of Redbourne, Hertfordshire, then of The Friary, Colchester, Essex. To his wife Sophia, his house in Colchester and everything belonging thereto, absolutely; that part of his settled estate in 3% consolidated annuities still in trust to be transferred to her, with power to bequeath to her own relations; £2000 Bank Stock for her life, to bequeath to his cousins as she may choose. After legacies of money or stock to his executors, his twelve cousins and other relatives and friends, his wife Sophia to be residual legatee of his real and personal estate for her life; then, after legacies to Godchildren and others, the residue to his cousins and their children equally. Executors: Horatio Cock, esquire, of Colchester and Joseph Maberly, esquire, of Bedford Row, London. Executrix: his wife Sophia. The fourth codicil shews cause why he placed in Chancery the children of his cousin Mrs Burrell and their property.
