Indictment - Richard Hall, John Roberts and William Kefford of Tempsford, for breaking and entering the house of John Bainbridge and stealing one £5 note, 11 sovereigns, 8 half crowns, 10 shillings, 16 sixpences, 12 pennies, 24 half pennies and one purse (value 1d). Plea each not guilty. Verdict Hall and Kefford guilty, Roberts not guilty.
