    Details given: Inn known as The Saracen's Head or the Tartar's Head in Leighton Buzzard, formerly in the occupation of Thomas Ward junior with outhouses etc, sign posts etc, liberty of setting sheep pens in the street; Several pieces of arable and ley ground dispersed in common fields of Leighton Buzzard (20 acres 3 roods; details given), formerly in the occupation of John Deane; now of Ezekiel Gurney. Present or past owners or occupiers of adjoining lands: Benedict Worrall, Edward Ashwell, Thomas Gurney, Richard Poynton, Elizabeth Monk, Thomas Cherry, John Forster, William Fenner, Doctor Veere, Mrs Bell. To Abraham for life then to Katherine for life then to the issue of the marriage. A similar disposition to be made of the capital sum of £700 Old South Sea Annuities (Katherine's Portion).
