Certificate of the Justices of the Peace, Reverend William Bruton Wroth and Reverend Gregory Edward Whyley, with regard to the stopping up of the public footpath leading out of the south east of the burial ground in Billington and diverting the footpath along the north side of the same field. The Justices find the old highway to be unfit in wet weather and the new highway to offer access even in wet weather.
