Robert Valentine: swears that the plan drawn up by him to be correct. Hiram Heard: swear he witnessed the signature of Jeremiah Ashwell on the necessary notices and that he affixed the notices to the points marked on the plan and to the doors of the church for 4 consecutive Sunday. The same notice was inserted into the Bedfordshire Times for 4 consecutive weeks.
