    Details given: - To his mother Mary Brandreth, his father and mother [in law] Beech, his cousins Thoswihan Brandreth, Doctor of Physic, and Nehemiah Brandreth, Attorney, Thomas Baskerfield of London, oilman, and Isabella his wife, £10 each for mourning (only if he should have no child living at his death or born thereafter). - To Reverend Richard Reddall of Eversholt, 200 guineas. - To the poor of Houghton Regis, £20. The residue of his personal estate (except plate, household goods, brewing vessels and other implements or household furniture belonging to the house in which he lived) to his aunt Alice Brandreth, in trust for his children, if any, with reversion: - to his sisters Ann Brandreth, Alice Newton (wife of Thomas Newton) and Mary Brandreth, each £200; residue to his wife Rebecca for life, then to said sisters equally, or in case of decease of any sister to her children equally, with reversion to the children of his cousins, first of Thoswian then of Thoswian [sic] then of Nehemiah Brandreth, equally. His real estate except his farm in Chalgrave (comprised in his marriage settlement) to his sisters successively in order of birth in tail male, with reversion to all his daughters as tenants in common, with reversion: - The Manor of Morteyne alias Reynes Manor with appurtenances in Stanbridge, Eggington, Clipson and Billington, Leighton Buzzard; Messuage and farm lands etc in Stanbridge, Eggington, Clipson and Billington, Leighton Buzzard, in possession of Arthur Ellingham, and the said farm in Charlgrave ... to his aunt Alice for life then to his wife Rebecca, so long as she remains his widow. - The capital messuage in which he dwelt with cellars, outhouses etc ... to his wife Rebecca so long as she remains his widow, his Aunt Alice to live there rent free; then to Alice for life. Both these estates then to Richard and Ambrose Reddall of Eversholt, esquires, in trust ... to Ann Brandreth and her sisters successively in tail male with all her daughters as tenants in common with reversion successively to sisters Alice and Mary and cousins Thoswihan and Nehemiah. His plate, household goods and furniture to go with the house so far as possible.
