Parties:
(i) Mary Louisa D’Auvert and Emma Harriet Sophia D’Auvert, both of Aspley Guise, spinsters;
(ii) Sarah Abbot of Ruxox, Flitwick, widow; Robert Adams of Bradwell Abbey [Buckinghamshire], farmer, trustees of the will of John Abbot, deceased;
(iii) John Carr of Greenfield, farmer;
(iv) Richard Goodman of Flitwick, miller
Reciting:

- Will of John Abbot of Flitwick, farmer, of 28 November 1846: reciting that, with his brother Jonathan, he had contracted for the purchase of his brother’s half share of an estate in Pulloxhill; devising land in Harlington and all his real estate in Maulden and Pulloxhill to his wife, Sarah and Andrew Hamilton of Ampthill, surgeon upon trust to complete the purchase from his brother Jonathan and with power to sell the land at Maulden and Pulloxhill;
- proof of will in PCC on 8 March 1848 by Sarah Abbot alone;
- indenture of conveyance by release of 1 September 1848 between (1) Andrew Hamilton of Ampthill, surgeon; (2) Sarah Abbot of Ruxox, Flitwick, widow; (3) Robert Adams of Bradwell Abbey [Buckinghamshire], farmer; (4) William Harland of Woburn, stationer. Reciting: the will of John Abbot; a proviso in the will that if either trustee died or refused to act a substitute might be appointed; that on creation of a new trustee all trust estates should be conveyed to the new and existing trustee; renunciation of trusteeship by (1); appointment of (3) by (2) in place of (1); release of all real estate of John Abbot to (2) and (3) in trust; assignment of the personal estate of John Abbot deceased to (4) in trust to perform a deed poll assigning it to (2) and (3);
- (ii) had contracted sale to (iii);
- £250 was owing to (i), all interest having been paid

- (iii) paid £212/3/8 to (ii) with the approval of (i);
- (i), by direction of (ii), conveyed and (ii), by direction of (i) confirmed (a)-(g) to (iii)
Property:
(a) the site of the manor house or lordship house of Pulloxhill otherwise called the Great House in Fryer Herne, Pulloxhill, heretofore divided into five tenements in the occupation of John Morchen, Jonathan Abbot, William Fowler, John Parker and John Haines;
(b) dwellinghouse standing on part of the manor site in the occupation of William Evans;
(c) cottage formerly in the occupation of Richard Huckle, tailor, then Joseph Neal, now John Evans;
(d) cottage formerly in the occupation of Joseph Neal, now Joseph Jones;
(e) cottage formerly in the occupation of Luke Lord, now Francis Olney;
(f) cottage lately made out of a barn and dovehouse belonging to (a) formerly in the occupation of George Reynolds, now Henry Hide;
(g) piece of land, formerly an orchard and garden belonging to (a) and adjoining it, reputed to contain three acres and now converted into garden ground in the occupation of John Evans, Francis Olney, Henry Hide, William Evans, Samuel Evans and Joseph Jones.
Habendum
- to the use of (iii) to such trusts as he should appoint; to the use of (iii) for life; to the use of (iv) during the life of (iii), in trust for (iii); to the use of (iii) for ever
