(b) dwellinghouse standing on part of the site of the old manor house in the occupation of William Evans;
(c) cottage formerly in the occupation of Richard Huckle Tailor afterwards of Joseph Neal now of John Evans;
(d) cottage formerly in the occupation of Joseph Neal, now Joseph Jones;
(e) cottage formerly in the occupation of Luke Lord, now Francis Olney;
(f) cottage formerly made out of a barn and dovecote belonging to the manor house formerly in the occupation of George Reynolds, now Henry Hide;
(g) piece of land, formerly the orchard and garden of the manor house and adjoining thereto containing three acres now converted into garden ground in the occupation of John Evans, Francis Olney, Henry Hide, Joseph Neal, William Evans and Samuel Evans;
