    Conveyance Parties: (i) Jonathan Abbot, late of Flitwick, now of Harlington, farmer (ii) John Abbot of Ruxox, Flitwick, farmer Reciting: - X979/1/4; - X979/1/6; - death of John Abbot the elder on 11 September 1846 and proof of his will in the Archdeaconry Court of Bedford on 15 April 1847; - (ii) had contracted with (i) for absolute purchase of (i)’s half share of (a)-(h) Operative Part: - (i) conveyed his half share of (a)-(h) to (ii) for £400 Property: (a) site where lately stood the manor house or lordship house of Pulloxhill otherwise called the Great House situate in Fryer Herne, Pulloxhill, heretofore divided into five tenements in the occupation of John Morchen, Jonathan Abbot, William Fowler, John Parker and John Haines; (b) dwellinghouse standing on part of the site of the old manor house in the occupation of William Evans; (c) cottage formerly in the occupation of Richard Huckle Tailor afterwards of Joseph Neal now of John Evans; (d) cottage formerly in the occupation of Joseph Neal, now Joseph Jones; (e) cottage formerly in the occupation of Luke Lord, now Francis Olney; (f) cottage formerly made out of a barn and dovecote belonging to the manor house formerly in the occupation of George Reynolds, now Henry Hide; (g) piece of land, formerly the orchard and garden of the manor house and adjoining thereto containing three acres now converted into garden ground in the occupation of John Evans, Francis Olney, Henry Hide, Joseph Neal, William Evans and Samuel Evans; (h) piece of land containing two roods, sixteen perches in North Field, Pulloxhill formerly in the occupation of John Abbot deceased, now Thomas Squires Witnesses: - John Green of Woburn, solicitor; - J.
