- Scope and ContentDetails given: Recites by will of William Pedley of Great Barford, made 12 August 1819, of which Matthew Pedley and John Trapp, executors, have power to sell William's land. Also William died 7 January 1827. Recites descent of land via William's father John (who died intestate in 1796) from John's uncle Matthew, maltster of Great Barford (who died 19 February 1749/50) for one part of the property; and for the other from John's father William (died c1753/54) after death of William's widow Elizabeth or her remarriage. The third part of the piece of meadow was bought from Thomas Halsey on 22/23 October 1773.
