Indictment - John Peck of Marston Moretaine for stealing 6 pecks of ground oats (value 4s) 6 pecks of oatmeal (value 4s) and 30 lbs of hay (value 1s) from his masters John Hobson and another, and John Faulkner of Marston Moretaine for receiving the goods knowing them to have been stolen. Plea Peck guilty, Faulkner did not appear.
