to daughter Mary the house and ground that John Gibbs now dwells in at a rent; the close rented by George Fuller; little close rented by William Bromsall; “all which is worth £10..!0s per annum”; cottage and land in Swarden purchased of John Bishopp (£5 per annum); house and ground at Stratford in which lately widow Spring dwelt (£4 per annum); close with wood purchased of John Wright at Kimondswicke (30s per annum); closes and leys with a cottage in Comberton (not belonging to my manor of Greens) (£15 or £16 per annum); (the freehold land in Sandy being to her and her heirs; the leasehold to end of term; the land in Comberton from death of wife Martha); if however son Barron desires to keep the estate at Comberton entire, he shall settle on Mary estate of the value of £16 per annum in Sandy or any town within 5 miles thereof in Bedfordshire; £10 to furnish her with clothes; ½ movable goods; to son Barron, executor, other ½ movable goods; house and ground that John Cage lives in, to end of lease; and the two manors of Greens and Hassells; and house testator lives in; to the poor of Sandy 40s, of Comberton 20s; Witnesses: Robert Shortgrave, William Simmes, Thomas Bromsall
