Devises to eldest son Thomas junior, a freehold cottage in Mill Lane, Woburn, with barn and hovel, now in occupance of said son; to youngest son Henry another freehold cottage in Mill Lane, Woburn, adjoining former, with barn, hogscote, and little garden, and another barn; to both a piece of ground called the Great Garden, 1 acre, behind said cottages adjoining park wall; to Henry all household goods (since gifts were made to Thomas on marriage); to Thomas residue of estate. Witnesses: Thomas Goodman, Giles Darling junior.
