    Details given: Recites 13 May 1616: (i) Sir Edward Gostwick (ii) Sir Thomas Cheeke, Sir Oliver Luke, Nicholas Spencer of Cople, esquire, John Ardys, William Gostwick, John Faldoe of Goldington, gentleman. Lease for 99 years, or for lives of Thomas, John, William and Francis Gostwick, brothers of Sir Edward. Thomas, John and William Gostwick are since dead; also Nicholas Spencer and John Faldoe. Sir Edward has given other security to Sir Edward Gostwick for payment of annuity of £20 to Francis Gostwick till age 21, and thereafter of £50.
