... all his manors, messuages and lands in Bedford, Clapham, Thurleigh, Blunham, Sandy, Girtford, in trust to mortgage or sell them; recites:- will of Ralph senior, father of Ralph Bromsall; devised lands to trustees till son 21; they should also raise £2500 each for 2 daughters at 21, and make further provision for unborn child (son Owen Thomas Bromsall); Ralph junior is now of age and has taken over from Francis Brace senior (only acting executor); Frances is 21; Margaret married Thomas Crouch of London, merchant; Owen Thomas is in debt to Ralph Bromsall; Crouch has agreed to accept part of his wife’s portion from Owen Thomas. Ralph Bromsall owes £1000 to William Borrett Witnesses: William Goodhall, John Briggs
