to wife Grace close purchased of William Bromsall in Sandy, and another in Northill, for life; then to son Thomas;
to son Thomas also £30
to son Thomas and daughter Agnes (wife of James Levitt) and William and Joan King, to be equally divided, a silver beaker, a silver and gilt salt, a silver and gilt cup, 1 dozen silver spoons;
also to son Thomas and daughter Agnes household stuff in kitchen, hall, parlour and chambers to be divided; save only the benches and bench boards which are to be left as standards to the house; and also except what wife Grace brought on marriage;
recites that the house in Eynesbury where he dwells is mortgaged to him by son-in-law George King of London; assigns his rights to grandson John King, son of George; remainder to John’s sister Agnes, then to George’s brother William;
