    ...a farmhouse in Sandy late in occupation Robert Richardson, now John Sutton; close of 2 acres, abutting E. on Bloodhill; cottage S. of said messuage; New Close, 2 acres; and cottage in said close, with hemp plot; Bridgeshadwell close, 2½ acres; Round close, 2 acres, abutting S. on May ditch; 140 acres in the common fields, late in occupation Robert Richardson, now John Sutton ½ acre meadow in Edworth holme, Sandy, abutting W. on river; ½ acre meadow in Sandy holme, abutting W. on the old rey, E. on the Hawes; 2 acres meadow in Sandy or Northill, called the meadow at the fulling mill, abutting N. on river; 1½ acres spinney in Nether Filland; 2 roods in Over Filland; late John Sutton and lately sold by him to Jonathan Hooker; recites that Blanch has joined with her husband in selling lands to the value of £1000 which came to her as one of the daughters of Benjamin St John, esquire; in trust for Jonathan Hooker for life, and wife Blanch for life; and their heirs; Witnesses: F Brace, George Brace, Benjamin Haselden.
