Devises freehold and copyhold lands in Cranfield to James Osborn and John Roe of Cranfield, yeoman in trust to sell, and to pay £30 each to sister Mary Aldridge of Hanslope, widow, and to servant Ann Taylor; residue to be invested for monetary bequests to grandchildren William, John, Charlotte, Sophia and Sarah Lynham at age 21, and £10 per annum for education of said Sarah till age 15. To Ann Taylor also best post bedstead with yellow curtains and clock with blue case. Codicil with provision that Ann Taylor is to dwell in cottage now of Thomas Johnson in East End, Cranfield.
