- Scope and ContentToddington Corn Rent - Award of Values. On 8 April 1891 Charles Bidwell of Ely in the county of Cambridgeshire Land Agent and Frederick Edward Gotto of Stony Stratford in the county of Buckinghamshire Land Agent were appointed to ascertain the value of a Winchester bushel of wheat within the county of Bedford, for the space of 10 years then last past. Having appointed Henry Trethewy of Silsoe as Umpire and Referee they have obtained an assessment of the average price of a Winchester bushel of good marketable wheat as four shillings and two-pence. Attached are the three schedules referred to in the pregoing order.
