Indictment - Robert Biggs (or Bigg) and John Barratt of Luton, for stealing 4 tame hens(price 6s) and one tame rabbit (price (1s) from Andrew Pye, and Abraham Squire of Luton for receiving one dead tame hen (value 1s 6d) and one dead tame rabbit (value 1s) knowing them to be stolen. Plea all not guilty. Verdict all guilty. Robert Biggs previously convicted at Bedford Assizes on 11 March 1843.
