Indictment- Charles Jones of Woburn for stealing 5 brass bearings (value 4s) and 5 lbs of brass (value 2s 6d) from William Hensman and William Hensman the younger his masters, and Edward Pepper of Woburn for receiving them knowing them to be stolen. Edward Pepper previously convicted at Bedford Assizes on 12 March 1835. Plea Jones guilty, Pepper not guilty. Verdict guilty.
