1) Vendors to make good the title
2) purchasers to pay the cost of the conveyance, and attested copies etc.
3) estate to be conveyed between 21 December 1823 and 7 January 1824
4) deposit £50
5) if purchaser wishes to enter premises before Christmas, may do so by giving a month’s notice, paying 5% upon remainder of purchase money
6) purchaser to take title subject to existing covenants for production of title deeds
7) vendors shall not be called to show any title to the leasehold parts of the estate
