Scope and Content
by will, his cottage in Felmersham conveyed to him by his father, in occupation Arthur Brookes, devised to use of Joseph Pain, George Rock and Pickering Phipps on trust as mentioned in will. He is desirous of revoking said gift and in lieu giving sum of £50 to Vicar and Churchwardens of Felmersham to be invested, in trust to apply income as directed in will with regard to other income. Said £50 to be paid out of personal estate. Cottage given to “faithful servant Jonah Clarke”
