Reciting will of George Livius late of Bedford, esquire deceased dated 5 July 1816 by which he devised certain property including Sparrow Close to wife Mary and to Joseph Foster Barham and William Rose on trust to sell etc. and subsequently died 15 December 1816 and will proved Prerogative Court of Canterbury and reciting conveyance by trustees 1/2 November 1821 to George Peter Livius for £306..8s..1d of said Sparrow Close in Bedford St Peter, but conveyance not signed by William Rose who has since died leaving Henry Babington Rose as heir at law, and he has released property to George Peter Livius and reciting conveyance between parties of equal date
