reciting will of Thomas Palmer, Bedford, gentleman, father of i) who, after bequeathing some small legacies and devising a messuage in Potters Street, Bedford, then in the occupation of Phillip Beech, to William Bull and Hannah his wife for term of their lives, he devised the residue to i) subject to the payment of £3300 to ii) upon certain trusts, (will made 20 August 1778, died 23 November 1778)
