    Parties (i) Official Custodian for Charities (ii) Members of the St Albans Diocesan Council for Social Responsibility, trustees of the Charity known as St Etheldreda's Home. (13 in total; all named with addresses given as in X455/72). (iii) SDC (Anglia) Ltd. of Limegrove House, Caxton Rd., Bedford. That the property described forms part of the property of the Charity, is and has been occupied for the purpose of the Charity and as such is held upon charitable trusts. Scheme of the Commissioners made 5 August 1927 (see X455/62 ) whereby the property was vested in (i), then the Official Trustee for Charity Lands for an estate in fee simple in possession in trust for the charity. Further Scheme of 25 July 1973 (see X455/63 ) whereby the Trustees were appointed to be the managing Trustees of the Charity. Order as X455/73. That this deed has been approved and ordered to be executed by a resolution passed at a meeting of the Trustees (see X455/72) and is intended to be executed as authorised in X455/73. Operative part Conveyance from (ii), in pursuance of the said agreement and in consideration of £286,500 paid to (ii) by (iii), in the name and on behalf of (i) and pursuant to s.17 of the Charities Act 1960, to (iii) in fee simple of: (a) piece or parcel of land and property situate at Bromham Road, containing in area 0.9 acres., together with the buildings erected thereon or some part thereof and known as St Etheldreda's Children's Home, 9 and 11 Bromham Road being part of the property of the Charity listed in the Schedule to the Scheme dated 5 August 1927, all which property is delineated and shown edged red on an annexed plan. Acknowledgement by (ii) of the right of (iii) to production of certain scheduled title deeds (possession of which is retained by (ii) by reason of the trusts declared in respect thereof) and delivery of copies of the same, viz.
