To wife Sarah (and executor) and heirs lands and premises in Bedford, also £2000 for life, the £1000 to son Charles Bailey and the other £1000 to his two friends (and executors) Thomas Cloake of Howberry, Renhold, gentleman, and Joseph Barnard of Bedford, merchant, on trust to put it out at interest and pay income to daughter Martha wife of Robert Stafford for her life. On death of Martha £1000 to be divided between her children
