    reciting powers under act 43 George III and that the Commissioners purchased from the Rector and churchwardens of St John the Baptist a messuage and premises in Cauldwell St, Bedford St Mary, in order to widen the street, and the Rector and Churchwardens do not wish to repurchase the remainder of the property CONVEYANCE (Lease and Release) by i) to ii) for £21 of ... piece of land in Cauldwell Street, Bedford St Mary abutting N. on ground stumped off from the same and intended to be laid into Cauldwell Street, S. in part on a close called Jewels and in part on a close belonging to John Day, E. on the new built house, brick wall and premises of Richard Allen, and W. on the said close of John Day. on which premises is now standing a messuage heretofore in the occupation of Edmund Hill, late Michael Pratt, and now Peter Sperry, which is intended shortly to be taken down signed by Commissioners
