- Scope and ContentSamuel Swaffield, Robert Furze and Henry Trethewy report that the average price of a Winchester Bushel of wheat in the county of Bedfordshire for the period of 21 years was 6 shillings and 11 pence. They report the average price is more than the average price thereof set forth in the award of the Commissioners appointed to carry out the said act by the value of 1 shilling and 5 pence. The respective yearly Tithe rents or sums of money payable to George Stuart Whitlock, rector of the parish of Milton Bryant shall be increased in proportion. An attached schedule of rates is detailed by; Proprietors Name, No. on Plan, Premises, Yearly Tithe Rent or sum of money payable to the Rector and the exact amount to which the same shall severally be increased.
