- Scope and ContentEmma Young committed from Luton was safely delivered of a male child on the 20th February last. James Linney aged 11 years and William Humbles aged 11 years and James Butcher aged 12 years were whipped by order of the committing magistrates. The following convicts viz Mary Flinn, William Dazeley, James Stanton, Amos Fowler, James Fowler, William Coleman, William Ackings, Samuel Bates and James Roberts have been removed during the past quarter to the convict depots by order of the Secretary of State. Followed by extracts from accounts Jan - Apr 1862.
