to son Thomas £5 to son John £5 to daughter Hester Gibil wife of William Gibil £5 the lease which he holds from Sir John Maynard, knight in farm where he and his son Richard now live, with all closes and appurtenances in Clyfton Reynes or Newton Blossomville to son Richard for remainder of term of years. If Richard die before end of lease without any male heirs, then to Joseph Gale second son of son John Gale after death of Mary Gale, wife of son Richard rest of leasehold goods and chattels to son Richard, sole executor witnesses: Samuel Pepps, Thomas Subbs, Mary Atkins Proved Archdeaconry of Buckingham 13 April 1687
