reciting that the sum of £1590 consisted of a sum of £1550 and some interest which had been placed in hands of (i) 'for the advancement of the work of Deaconesses in the Diocese of Ely under the authority and guidance of the Bishop of the said Diocese' and especially for him to buy the said messuage for the benefit of 'the Institution called The St. Pauls Deaconess Institution in the Diocese of Ely'.

2) Trustees shall sell and apply profits at direction of Bishop
3) Profits can be invested
4) Trustees may let
5) If the St. Pauls Institution for Deaconesses shall be no longer continued, then money and property go for advancement of work of Deaconesses in Diocese of Ely
