Charles Moore, George P Livius, C G Payne. Amos Bartram still in a state of delirium and not likely to live above a day or two. Michale Gilman, a prisoner for want of sureties to keep the peace towards Daniel Herbert, has been of great assistance in the gaol in volunteering to attend on the fever patients when there was great difficulty in obtaining a nurse, and would seem to deserve any possible remission of his sentence.
