23 October: George P Livius 3 males & 1 female for trial, 1 for transport, 2 deserters, 1 want of sureties, 2 debtors, 9 convicts. 31 October: C G Payne, George P Livius. 21 prisoners. The Governor was directed to take the irons off William Waples - with authority to replace them if he should see any necessity.
