We have examined the debtors day room, yard and cells, and have heard the statements of the Gaoelr, turnkey and John Wilson, a debtor, who was confined at the same time that Thomas Griggs made his escape, and we are of opinionnthat no blame can be attached to the Officers of the prison in any way.
