- Scope and Content10 December: Stephen Thornton. 31 prisoners. The Governor reported that William Mann, a deserter and felon for trial and Samuel Jones committed on a charge of highway robbery were placed in solitary confinement each of them since yesterday at 4 o clock in the afternoon for fighting immediately after they came out of chapel from the evening service. 13 December: 20 males and 5 females for trial, 2 males and 1 female convicts, 1 ditto for want of sureties, 5 debtors.
