i) George Armstrong ii) John Grant William Exton Joseph Sharples John Dollin Bassett iii) Samuel Reeve, Leighton Buzzard, grocer (trustee) reciting above memorandum and the death of Peter Bassett is now owing from i) to ii) - £3500 and upwards John Dollin Bassett as exor of Peter Bassett is entitled to receive his share in the partnership now in consideration of £3500 part of said debt of £3500 i) appoints and releases to iii) -Herne Farm -land belonging to be held by iii) in trust for ii), holding two undivided fifth parts for J D Bassett and one undivided fifth for each of the other three to hold subject to payment of annuity of £80 3s signatures all endorsed witnesses John Sharland, Leighton Buzzard, accountant Benjamin Willimore, Leighton Buzzard, accountant
