As he knew he was not free to serve in the Militia, Spacey did falsely take a shilling from Ing, to the great damage and deception of Ing and to the evil example of all others. Plea: Guilty Sentence: 3 calendar months imprisonment, to be kept at hard labour at the House of Correction
