Frederick H Neve, George p Livius, George Musgrave, William D C Cooper. After the sessions were terminated the undersigned Magistrates visited the Gaol and Old House of Correction and had the gratification of finding those convicts lately reprieved from sentence of death in a very improved and apparently in a very proper state of mind and they seemed to be very sensible of the escape thay have had and grateful to the Judge for his mercy.
