- Scope and ContentReciting that her father, Edward Burr of Westoning, gentleman, by his indenture 3 November 1741, in consideration of affection towards Elizabeth and her sister Rebecca, set over to them the remainder of term 1000 years of property detailed therein subject to equity of redemption as in mortgage made by Thomas Giddins of Silsoe, Flitton, wheelwright, to Edward Burr, for securing payment of £100 and interest, and reciting conveyance 29 April 1746 by Thomas Matthews, Chesham, apothecary, administrator with will annexed of John Matthews late of Westoning, clerk, in consideration £200 to Elizabeth and Rebecca Burr the close and lands therein mentioned for rest of term 1000 years being RELEASE to sister Rebecca in consideration 5/- of her estate in above property witnesses: Nehemiah Brandreth, John Burr
