i) Thomas Bushby, Flitwick, yeoman ii) Judith Walduck, late of Ampthill, now of Maulden, widow reciting death May 1785 of Francis Bushby late of Ampthill, tailor, bachelor, and that letters of administration were granted to Thomas Bushby senior, then of Ampthill, his father, and reciting ST116 and ST117 above, that Thomas Bushby senior died November 1785, and that ii) has proved his will and also taken out letters of administration over goods left unadministered of Francis Bushby, and that i) and ii) have made a final partition and settlement of estates GENERAL RELEASE by each party to the other witnesses: George Borlase, Ampthill, surgeon, Edward Cooch
