    All parties have released the following: - a close in Potton called Great Dolmains occupied by William Hankin, and a close in Potton called Little Dolmains occupied by Arthur Borron, formerly part of possessions of Cauldwell Priory; - Home close on backside of Arthur Borron's capital messuage or mansionhouse, near the brook or river; Thacker's or Dovehouse close; orchard at its lower end; wheathouse & dovehouse near above; formerly occupied by Henry Godfrey, now William Hankin; - piece of ground on other side of common lane formerly occupied by Thomas Plummer; 10 acres meadow south of brook (one called Shield's acre), the rest dispersed in Potton meadows. To Waldo & Walker (trustees of LS59):- Great Dolmain's close west of Sutton Road, abutting south on Swetsomes, east on common brook, north on Plummer's lane, occupied by William Hankin; piece of ground on other side of comon lane formerly occupied by Thomas Plummer; close of pasture west of Sutton road, abutting south on Plummer's lane, now occupied by John Fox; 1 acre in Potton common meadow, abutting north on Wrestlingworth road, south on Shield acre, east next road by Bury Hill Field, west next Middleditch brook, now occupied by Sarah Brown, widow. To William Hankin:- Thacker's close adjoining the capital messuage, or Dovehouse close, with wheathouse & dovehouse; orchard at lower end; lower half of fence east to little pond; half fence from pond to common brook; a pightle abutting north east on John Edwards's meadow, occupied by Richard Emery senior; meadow in Potton common meadow abutting north on Wrestlingworth road, east on Middleditch brook, south on Lord Spencer's meadow, west on common brook; Shield's acre (1 acre meadow) abutting west on Great Meadow lane end and on Willow close belonging to Richard Emery junior, south on William Rowe's sward; meadow in Great Meadow 8' wide, abutting south on the Lott acre, west on Lord Torrington's 7-acre piece, east on m[eadow?] occupied by John Kitchin. To Arthur Borron:- Home close; Little Dolmain's close; piece of ground to be taken from Thacker's close, 11 x 11 yds. , & passage-way thereto; 70 yds of fence; and half fence from pond to brook; fence to Home close next orchard occupied by Catherine Edwards, widow; fence from Richard Hearne's close to Plummers lane.
