to Elizabeth Whittingstall, a daughter of John Whittingstall late of Hitchin, Hertfordshire, gentleman deceased, £80 at 21;
to Mary Whitingstall, another daughter of John, £50;
to the four eldest children of Richard Hawkins of Stretley, yeoman, £100 between them;
to kinsman Ralph Cumpton of London £40;
to kinsman Robert Lettis £20;
to John, Henry, Sarah and Mary Wheeler, the children of John Wheeler of Hawnes, blacksmith, £5 each;
to wife Elizabeth, household goods for life, then to Mary Laighton daughter of William Laighton of Bedford, innholder;
to Richard and Elizabeth Laighton, son and daughter of William, all his messuages, land tenements and hereditaments in Bedford St Mary equally between them;
to Mary Laighton, daughter of William, lands in Hawnes, charged with annuity to his wife of £10;
witnesses: Thomas Lenton, Mary Squires, Anne Street, John Street.
