To the parish church to be laid to the living £30, which is to be laid out by the minister, churchwardens & overseers on land or meadow; Mr Odell shall receive the interest as long as he remains curate; then succeeding ministers shall receive it for preaching one sermon a year on the Sunday after testator's decease. Also to churchwardens & overseers £30 to be similarly laid out to put poor boys to learn to read "and as soon as they learn, for them to go away and others come in their room".
