- Scope and ContentGeorge P Livius, Frederick H Neve The order for the removal of convicts arrived on Saturday last. The Gaoler proposes moving them on Wednesday or Thursday with the assitance of Morris & Tansley. Extra diets for those on hard labour disallowed as there is no employment. Ordered that unprofitable labour is better than no laobour, have directed that the men in the House of Correction shoule be put on the mill and the wheels should be clogged. [John] Bushby, committed for trial for stealing turnips, having applied for leave to board himself it was ordered that he must do so.
