George P Livius. The Turnkey informs that individuals obtain orders to visit prisoners under false pretences. The prisoner [Henry Bartell] Andrews applied through the Chaplain to receive a daily newspaper, whic the Magistrates have in all cases refused except to Debtors. Frederick H Neve visited the gaol and regrets again that he was too late to meet Mr Livius.
