- Scope and Content29 October: Philip Hunt, George Cardale The Gaoler reported that he had received a letter from the Secretary of State, authorising him to liberate Robert Henman, on his own recognisance, without finding sureties. The Gaoler reported that he had hired the Times Coach to convey to the hulks the nine male convicts sentenced to transportation. The Gaoler in person and Mr Tansley, a constable, and Mr Coombs, a constable, will accompany them as guards.
